Are these communities part of Barefoot Bay?

Barefoot Bay is a separate community, under separate community association governance.  Barefoot Bay has no age restriction.  However, like Barefoot Bay, residents own their home and land.

 

Can the residents of Snug Harbor use the facilities of Barefoot Bay?

Residents may only use the facilities associated with their community. However, guests of residents of either community are welcome to use any of the respective community’s amenities.

 

So what are the differences between Snug Harbor Lakes and Snug Harbor Village?

The deed restrictions are basically the same for both Snug Harbor Lakes and Snug Harbor Village.  They have separate entrances.  The Lakes has two large ponds and the community center, pool and other recreational amenities for both communities.  The Village is located directly across the street from the Indian River, many of the homes having a magnificent water view.

 

What if I have grandchildren that want to visit me for an extended period during the summer or holidays? 

Children under 18 years old are welcome to visit for up to 30 days per year.
